Absolutely. We have extensive experience with both residential renovations and large-scale commercial installations. Our commercial clients include boutique hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, and retail spaces. We tailor our approach and material recommendations to suit the specific demands and traffic levels of each project type.

We are headquartered in Pärnu (Pärnumaa) and serve clients across all of Estonia, including Tallinn, Tartu, Narva, and rural areas. For larger projects, we also extend our services to neighbouring Baltic countries. Travel surcharges may apply for projects beyond Pärnumaa county — please contact us to discuss your specific location.

We partner exclusively with certified, reputable European and international suppliers. Our hardwoods are sourced from FSC-certified forests. Our stone materials are hand-selected from trusted Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese quarries. All materials meet strict EU quality and safety standards, including CE marking where applicable. We do not use uncertified or low-grade materials — ever.

Yes, in some circumstances. We can install client-supplied materials, provided they meet our quality and technical requirements. Please note that our workmanship warranty applies to the installation only, not to the materials themselves when supplied by the client. We recommend contacting us before purchasing materials to ensure compatibility and suitability.

Yes. We prioritize low-VOC (volatile organic compound) adhesives, finishes, and sealants across all our installations. Our hardwood and LVP products carry FloorScore or GREENGUARD certification. Natural stone is inherently non-toxic. We are happy to provide documentation for any material we recommend, and can suggest specific low-allergy, pet-safe product ranges upon request.

Our typical process flows as follows:

1. Free Consultation — We discuss your vision, requirements, and budget.
2. Site Survey — We visit your space to take precise measurements and assess subfloor conditions.
3. Proposal & Material Selection — We provide a detailed quote and guide you through material choices.
4. Scheduling — We agree on project start and completion dates.
5. Subfloor Preparation — Levelling, cleaning, and priming as required.
6. Installation — Carried out by our certified craftsmen.
7. Finishing & Inspection — Trims, sealing, cleaning, and final quality check.
8. Handover — We walk you through the completed work and provide care instructions.

Installation timelines depend on the material type, area size, and subfloor condition. As a general guide:

• LVP or Laminate: 1–2 days for a standard apartment
• Hardwood (glue-down or nail-down): 2–4 days, plus drying time
• Ceramic or Porcelain: 2–5 days, including adhesive cure time
• Natural Stone: 3–7 days, including grouting and sealing
• Wall Coverings: 1–3 days per room depending on complexity

We provide a precise timeline in your project proposal.

For most installations, you do not need to vacate your entire home — only the rooms being worked on need to be clear of furniture and personal items. However, for certain finishes such as oil-based wood stains or stone sealers, adequate ventilation is required and we may recommend staying out of the treated areas for 24–48 hours. We will advise you clearly during the project planning phase.

Yes, we offer a free, no-obligation consultation and quotation for every project. Pricing is calculated based on: the type and grade of material selected, the total area to be covered, subfloor preparation requirements, complexity of the layout or pattern, and any specialist finishing treatments. We provide a fully itemized quote so you know exactly what you're paying for — no hidden fees.

We offer a comprehensive 2-year workmanship warranty on all our installations. This covers defects arising from installation errors, including issues with adhesion, pattern alignment, grouting, and finishing. Material warranties are separate and provided by the manufacturer — many of our product ranges carry 10–25 year manufacturer warranties. We will clearly outline all applicable warranties in your project contract.

We accept bank transfer (SEPA and international wire), major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Estonian digital payment methods. For larger projects, we typically structure payments as a deposit upon project confirmation, a progress payment at installation commencement, and a final payment upon completion and sign-off.
